- 1. Orthodontic or Oral Surgery Consultation
Your orthodontist or oral surgeon will begin by reviewing your medical and orthodontic or dental/oral surgery history and performing a comprehensive orthodontic or surgical exam. This will include an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, as well as any x-rays that may be needed.
- 2. Treatment Consultation and Planning
Based on your history and examination, your orthodontist or oral surgeon will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your oral health and orthodontic or oral surgery treatment options.
- 3. Application of Treatment
At this appointment, you will begin your orthodontic treatment or oral surgery as prescribed in your treatment plan.

- How do I reschedule an appointment?
Please call us in order or reschedule an appointment. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so another patient may use the space in our schedule.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive phone call appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all our patients. You can also easily access our office via public transit.
Insurance & Financing
At Etobicoke Orthodontics & Oral Surgery, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
- Office Insurance Policy for Orthodontic Patients
Dr. Nardone completes a manual insurance claim that is given to the patient along with the payment receipt for their deposit. The patient will then continue to receive a payment receipt for their monthly payments. Patients are responsible for submitting the claims to their insurance companies.
- Office Insurance Policy for Oral Surgery Patients
Our office can send insurance claims electronically, but please note that patients are responsible for paying the fee in full at the time of treatment.
